Kirstyn or designate will fill in an order form (docket) for each Pig Manure and Horse Manure order and give the former to Jack M or his back-up, and the latter to Mike R or his back-up.
In the case of a customer requiring both manure types the order forms for both should be passed on to Mike R or back-up. He/she will ensure that a single delivery of both types is made, usually on Saturday morning.
Telephone or ‘word of mouth’ orders:
As per the AD in the Northern Outlook, contacts for Pig Manure are Jack M; and for Horse Manure Mike R. They will write up the dockets.

Pig Manure stock for bagging at Taggart’s yard is to be ordered by Jack M as required.
Horse Manure will be stored in Roger Alexander’s carport. When the bag total inventory gets below about 40, Mike R will contact Jenny Heperi at the Minihaha Horse Haven to set a day for a bagging bee. In the event of poor ground conditions making the Minihaha manure pile inaccessible, Mike R will call Jill Daiken at Waikuku Beach to arrange access to their manure pile. Mike R will make up a bagging team of typically 6 to 8 people. Note that the Minihaha manure is from hay fed horses while the Waikuku manure is grass fed. To be made clear to customers in advance.
Bagging, Delivery and Accounting:
Pig Manure will be bagged and delivered on Saturday mornings. Jack M will sort out delivery routes and give drivers the appropriate dockets. After bag delivery the dockets and cash are to be reconciled then delivered to the treasurer’s mailbox , currently 94 Acadia Ave.. Horse Manure orders will be organized by Mike M and delivered to customers on a day and at a time to suit both parties. Members who buy 5 or more bags can take an extra bag free. Drivers delivering out of Rangiora can collect a $5 delivery fee. Dual shipments will be organized by Mike R. He will arrange for the Horse Manure to be brought up to the yard on Saturday morning by Roger A and given to an assigned driver along with the Pig Manure. Each component will have its own docket. After completing a delivery, the driver will drop off the Pig Manure and Horse Manure dockets and cash at Mike R’s house, 57 Golding Avenue.
At the end of each calendar month Mike R will provide John L with a dockets, cash and bag reconciliation. Mike R and Jack M will provide the VP2 chairperson with a status report on Horse and Pig Manures respectively.
